Returns are allowed within 30 days of when the product was delivered. If you would like to return your product, you must contact deals-support@withings.com to receive a Return Authorization. Withings will provide a return shipping label to send the product back.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
-The product is mailed back without contacting Withings for a Return Authorization
-The returned Product was exposed to liquids, physically damaged, missing parts, or otherwise in a state that does not allow us to sell the Product 'as is'.
Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping fee of $4.99. Customer pays for return shipping fee.
